Working within IOM’s Migration Policy Division, the successful candidate will help support governments by providing strategic policy advice, conducting policy analysis, strengthening migration governance, and contributing to the implementation of the Migration Governance Indicators (MGI) and the IOM Policy Agenda.

About the Policy Officer (P-2) Position

The Policy Officer will work under the supervision of the Chief of the Migration Policy Division and the Senior Policy Development and Coordination Officer.

The role focuses on supporting governments and IOM offices worldwide through evidence-based migration policy development, strategic analysis, institutional coordination, and policy implementation.

The successful candidate will collaborate with IOM Headquarters, Regional Offices, Country Offices, governments, and international partners to strengthen migration governance and institutional policy capacity.
