Academic and Enrollment Requirements
Applicants must:

- Attend an accredited four-year college or university.

Additional Eligibility Criteria
In addition to the requirements above, applicants must meet at least one of the following conditions:
1. Low Socioeconomic Status
Applicants whose family income is at or below 150% of the current U.S. Department of Health and Human Services poverty guidelines for their household size may qualify.
2. Foster Care Status
Applicants who are currently in foster care or who have aged out of the foster care system are eligible to apply.
3. First-Generation College Student
Applicants may qualify if neither parent nor guardian has earned a bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.

Students providing SAT or ACT scores that are not included on their high school transcript must upload separate score reports.
Applicants submitting college transcripts are not required to provide SAT or ACT scores.
