About the Bow Seat True Blue Fellowship

The True Blue Fellowship is one of Bow Seat Creative Action for Conservation’s flagship youth leadership programs. It is designed to support young environmental leaders who are committed to safeguarding the ocean, waterways, and the global climate through creative and community-driven initiatives.

The fellowship recognizes that art has the power to educate, inspire, and mobilize communities toward environmental action. Rather than focusing solely on scientific solutions, the program encourages applicants to combine creativity with leadership, advocacy, education, storytelling, and community engagement.

Successful Fellows become part of the Future Blue Youth Council (FBYC), where they collaborate with other young environmental leaders from different countries while receiving support from Bow Seat staff and partners.
