Role Overview: Associate Administrative Officer (P2)
The Associate Administrative Officer plays a pivotal role in strengthening HR, administrative, and operational functions within the ATB. The position supports the development of a customer‑service‑oriented HR culture that emphasizes innovation, proactivity, and continuous improvement.
Core Responsibilities Include:
1. Human Resources Management
- Implement HR policies and procedures
- Support staff administration and workforce planning
- Facilitate recruitment and talent development

2. Administrative Oversight
- Manage office allocation and administrative workflows
- Oversee financial budgets for the Bureau
- Supervise and coach General Service staff
