Network Requirements
- Applications must be submitted by a network of 3 to 5 organizations

Lead Organization Requirements
The lead organization must:
- Be a nonprofit organization
- Provide recent audited financial statements
- Have at least 5 years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Job creation
- Innovation
- Agricultural development
- International cooperation
If the lead organization is international:
- It must include Ghanaian partner organizations
- Must demonstrate at least 3 years of operational experience in Ghana
