About the NATO STO Collaboration Support Office

The Collaboration Support Office (CSO) is one of the executive bodies of the NATO Science and Technology Organization (STO). The office supports scientific and technical committees, collaborative programmes, and innovation initiatives that help strengthen NATO’s defence and security capabilities.

More than 5,000 scientists and engineers from NATO and partner nations participate in approximately 460 science and technology activities coordinated through the STO framework. Interns at the CSO become part of this international network and contribute to projects with real-world impact.
