Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will contribute across multiple functional areas, including:
1. Research and Writing Support
- Assist in conducting research on topics related to Latin America and the Caribbean
- Contribute to reports, briefs, and policy papers
- Support ongoing research projects and data collection
2. Event Coordination
- Organize and manage both public and private events
- Coordinate logistics such as scheduling, invitations, and venue arrangements
- Assist in stakeholder engagement and follow-ups
3. Communications and Outreach
- Support the development of communication materials
- Assist in outreach efforts to expand program visibility
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent messaging
4. Administrative and Operational Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative assistance
- Ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency
- Manage documentation, scheduling, and coordination tasks
