About Dalberg Data Insights
Dalberg Data Insights (DDI) bridges the AI adoption gap in Low- and Middle-Income Countries (LMICs), ensuring no population is left behind in the digital transformation. As part of the global Dalberg Group, DDI designs AI strategies, develops solutions, provides AI literacy training, and pilots responsible AI initiatives for impactful organizations. Their proprietary AI platform, augment.impact, enables the creation of advanced AI analysts and advisors (aia2), helping clients efficiently transform data into actionable insights.
The AI Engineering Fellowship Program
The 6-month fellowship is designed to develop future leaders in AI and data science. Selected fellows will:
- Rotate through roles including data engineer, data scientist, and Gen AI specialist
- Contribute to building data pipelines, AI solutions, and visualization tools
- Participate in code reviews and improve technical processes
- Drive initiatives to enhance workflows and implement innovative solutions
While full-time employment is not guaranteed, high-performing fellows may be offered permanent positions within Dalberg.
