About the Anzisha Program

The Anzisha Program is a partnership-driven initiative supported by organizations such as Mastercard Foundation. It focuses on empowering very young entrepreneurs (typically under 22 years old) to build and scale impactful businesses.

The program consists of three key stages:

1. Idea Program (3 Months)

A foundational stage where young entrepreneurs:

  • Develop a Minimum Viable Product (MVP)
  • Validate business ideas with real-world sales or impact
  • Prepare for scaling opportunities

2. Build Program (5 Months)

Role Overview: What Does an Anzisha Coach Do?

As an Anzisha Coach, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Africa’s entrepreneurial ecosystem by working directly with young founders.

This is not just a coaching role—it is a high-impact leadership position involving mentorship, program design, ecosystem building, and strategic execution.

You will:

  • Provide one-on-one coaching
  • Support entrepreneurs in business development

1. Coaching and Mentorship

You will serve as a trusted advisor to young entrepreneurs by:

You will also travel across African countries to:

  • Visit entrepreneurs
