The Anzisha Program is a partnership-driven initiative supported by organizations such as Mastercard Foundation. It focuses on empowering very young entrepreneurs (typically under 22 years old) to build and scale impactful businesses.

The program consists of three key stages:

1. Idea Program (3 Months)

A foundational stage where young entrepreneurs:

• Develop a Minimum Viable Product (MVP)
• Validate business ideas with real-world sales or impact
• Prepare for scaling opportunities

2. Build Program (5 Months)

As an Anzisha Coach, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Africa’s entrepreneurial ecosystem by working directly with young founders.

You will:

• Provide one-on-one coaching
• Support entrepreneurs in business development
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops

Key Responsibilities Explained in Detail

1. Coaching and Mentorship

You will serve as a trusted advisor to young entrepreneurs by:

• Guiding business strategy, financial planning, and marketing execution
• Helping founders navigate real-world challenges

• Supporting participants across multiple programs, including AL for Education initiatives

You will also travel across African countries to:

• Visit entrepreneurs
• Understand local business environments
• Provide in-person support where necessary
