About the PhD Opportunity
The DEVHIST project challenges traditional narratives by focusing on real-world experiences of development rather than just policy frameworks.
Two PhD positions are available for candidates interested in conducting original research in the following areas:
1. Southeast Asia Track
Focus on international development experiences in:
Indonesia (preferred), Malaysia, Thailand, or the Philippines
Timeframe: 1950s – 2000s
2. Africa Track
Focus on development experiences in:
Ghana (preferred), Nigeria, or Ethiopia
Timeframe: 1950s – 1990s
