Women in Energy Fellowship 2026 (Cohort 3) at Columbia University: Leadership, Skills Development, and Networking for Early-Career Energy Professionals
Spread the love

The Women in Energy Fellowship Cohort 3, hosted by the Center on Global Energy Policy (CGEP) at Columbia University, is a highly impactful leadership and professional development programme designed to support early-career professionals in the energy sector. This fellowship addresses one of the most pressing challenges in the global energy industry: the underrepresentation of women in leadership roles.

While women make up approximately one-third of entry-level professionals in the energy sector, their representation significantly declines at higher levels, with only about 18% reaching executive positions. This fellowship aims to bridge that gap by equipping participants with the knowledge, skills, and networks needed to thrive and lead in the evolving global energy landscape.
