About the Program
The AWS Student Builder Campus Leader role empowers students to act as ambassadors for AWS Builder Center initiatives within their universities. Participants will lead outreach efforts, organize events, and inspire fellow students to explore cloud computing and related technologies.
The program runs for 12 weeks, divided into two 6-week phases across semesters, with an onboarding session at the start. Participants are expected to commit approximately 8–10 hours per week, making it flexible enough to balance with academic responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
As a Campus Leader, you will:
- Promote AWS Builder Center programs through peer-to-peer outreach
- Increase awareness and drive sign-ups within your campus community
- Create and share engaging content about AWS tools and learning resources
- Organize on-campus activities such as demos, information booths, and classroom announcements
- Submit weekly reports and participate in monthly leadership calls
