About the Opportunity

This position plays a central role in supporting the Higher Education team’s grantmaking and program activities. The team focuses on strengthening universities and academic institutions, promoting inclusive education, and supporting students and scholars who face displacement or threats.

As an Associate, Program Management, you will be responsible for managing the full grant lifecycle—from proposal development to reporting and evaluation. You will work closely with partner institutions, ensuring that projects are implemented effectively and aligned with Open Society Foundations’ goals.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating grant processes, reviewing proposals and budgets, managing payments, supporting program design, and collaborating with internal teams across departments. You will also engage directly with partners, helping them navigate grant requirements and strengthen their initiatives.
