Transformative HAPPENING Programme 2026 for Young Creative Entrepreneurs in Europe

The Transformative HAPPENING Programme 2026 is an exciting European initiative designed to support emerging creative entrepreneurs who want to develop their cultural projects and strengthen their entrepreneurial skills. Supported by the Erasmus+ Programme, this nine-month program offers young creatives the opportunity to collaborate internationally, enhance their creative ventures, and gain practical knowledge about cultural entrepreneurship.

The program will run from September 2026 to May 2027 and will bring together 27 emerging creative professionals from across Europe. Participants will engage in workshops, collaborative learning sessions, and networking activities designed to strengthen their projects and build sustainable careers in the creative industries.

Through this initiative, participants will develop innovative cultural projects, expand their networks across Europe, and explore new approaches to entrepreneurship within the cultural and creative sectors.

The HAPPENING Programme is built on a simple yet powerful concept: entrepreneurship means turning ideas into reality.

The program aims to support emerging cultural entrepreneurs by helping them develop their creative ideas into structured and impactful projects. Performing Arts

Creative Media

This category includes podcast creators, multimedia storytellers, and individuals developing experimental digital content.

Visual Arts

For the Brussels mobility program, participants will receive:

• Accommodation allowance of €85 per day

• Erasmus+ travel grants based on distance

Travel grants include:

• Up to €200 for participants traveling from France (green travel required)

• Up to €250 for participants traveling from Italy

• Up to €400 for participants using green travel options

Participants are responsible for organizing their own travel in coordination with the program organizers.

Food expenses are generally not covered unless specified for certain activities.
