Anyone may nominate a leader, except Prize jurors and the candidates themselves.

Self-nominations are not permitted.

Nominees must be individuals (not institutions or organizations).

The working language of the nomination process is English.

Multiple nominations do not provide any advantage to a candidate.
Nominators are strongly encouraged to submit their applications as early as possible before the deadline.
Nomination Process: 5 Simple Steps

Provide your contact details and those of the nominee.

Explain clearly how the nominee meets the leadership criteria.

Highlight the nominee’s major career achievements and milestones.

Upload supporting documents such as CVs, articles, videos, or other relevant materials.

Submit the completed nomination form before the deadline.
The nomination form must be completed in English.
Selection Timeline
February 1 – March 31, 2026
Nomination Period: Nominations are open worldwide.
April – October 2026
Selection Process:
All nominations undergo rigorous research and evaluation. A pre-jury panel identifies outstanding candidates. In September, an international jury reviews finalists and conducts interviews. Following final deliberations in October, three Prize winners are selected.
November 2026
Official Announcement:
The three laureates of the 2026 Prize are publicly announced and recognized for their extraordinary leadership.
January 2027
Celebration & Global Recognition:
Prize winners are honored at an international event and welcomed into the global Tällberg leadership network, fostering long-term collaboration and influence.
