3 Paid Youth Climate Internships 2026: Work in Climate Policy, Mental Health & Communications (UK & USA)
Young people passionate about climate justice, youth leadership, and social impact now have the opportunity to gain hands-on professional experience through three paid internships offered by Youth Climate Collaborative (YCC).
These roles span governance, climate mental health programming, and global communications — giving early-career professionals real responsibility, international exposure, and professional mentorship in a global youth-led organization working on climate leadership.
All positions run from March 2 to December 30, 2026, with a performance review in May 2026.
Why These Internships Matter
Youth Climate Collaborative focuses on building long-term climate leadership by supporting young people through wellbeing, governance access, and communication power. Interns work directly on real programs influencing youth participation in climate policy and global movements.
1. Intergenerationals Programme Coordinator (Internship) – UK (Remote)
Pay: £15/hour
