Job Opportunity: Student Worker – Enabling & Technology (LEGO Group, Billund, Denmark)

The LEGO Group is inviting applications for a Student Worker position within its Mould Engineering Enabling & Technology team in Billund. This role is ideal for students who are detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to contribute to developing technical standards and improving documentation processes in a globally recognized organization.

About the Role

As a Student Worker in Enabling & Technology (ET), you will support a team of specialists across multiple areas, including Processes, Standards & Guides, Digitalization, Problem Solving, Quality Improvements, and Business Support. You will handle day-to-day coordination tasks, assist with ongoing projects, and take ownership of longer-term assignments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize, maintain, and link documentation across shared systems
  • Review and verify Guides and Standards (phrasing, formatting, completeness)
  • Support ongoing project tasks and individual assignments
  • Provide administrative support, including slide preparation and SharePoint updates
  • Assist with optimization initiatives in Mould Engineering
  • Optional (depending on candidate): contribute to digital tool development or communication tasks

Team Overview

The ET team is part of Mould Engineering and plays a key role in governance and operational excellence. You will collaborate with specialists from diverse backgrounds and support them while developing your own technical and administrative competencies.

Eligibility & Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program (engineering, business admin, communication, or related field)
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken)
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently and managing varied workflows
  • Proactive, curious, and willing to ask questions
  • Bonus skills: Power Platform (PowerBI, PowerApps), SharePoint familiarity
