iF SOCIAL IMPACT PRIZE 2026: €100,000 Funding Opportunity for Global Social Impact Projects

The iF SOCIAL IMPACT PRIZE 2026 is now open for submissions, inviting organizations, NGOs, social enterprises, and impact-driven initiatives from around the world to showcase projects that actively contribute to solving societal challenges. Organized by iF Design, the prize supports projects aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and offers a total funding pool of EUR 100,000.

This international prize recognizes established social projects that demonstrate measurable impact, strong ethical foundations, and meaningful design relevance. Applications are free of charge, and selected projects gain both financial support and global visibility within the international design and social innovation community.

About the iF SOCIAL IMPACT PRIZE

The iF SOCIAL IMPACT PRIZE is a non-profit initiative dedicated to empowering those who make a difference. Each year, iF Design supports impactful projects that address social, environmental, and economic challenges while promoting sustainable development.

Eligible projects must already be implemented and demonstrate clear social value. Student concepts are not accepted, and each project may be submitted a maximum of two times.

Funding and Benefits

Projects selected by the international jury benefit from:

• A share of EUR 100,000 in prize funding

• Publication on the official iF Design website

• Global exposure to the international design community, media, and the public

• An individual iF SOCIAL IMPACT PRIZE Winner Certificate

Projects are assessed by an independent international jury based on five key criteria:

• Problem-solving effectiveness

• Moral and ethical standards

• Design relevance

• Reasonable use of resources and effort

• Beneficial experiences for communities
