Pandora Summer 2026 Internship Program (New York City)
Pandora, the world’s largest jewelry brand renowned for its craftsmanship, storytelling, and global presence, has officially opened applications for the Summer 2026 Internship Program in New York City. The program offers university students a rare opportunity to gain hands-on experience inside a leading luxury and lifestyle company while contributing to meaningful, real-world projects.
This 10-week program is designed for students eager to build foundational skills in fashion, retail, operations, marketing, eCommerce, finance, and more—within a fast-paced, creative corporate environment.
Program Overview
• Duration: 10 Weeks
• Dates: 1 June – 7 August 2026
• Location: New York City
• Compensation: $18.50/hour
• Eligibility:
– Rising junior or senior
– At least 18 years old
– Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions

Available Internship Tracks
Below is an overview of all internship roles currently available in the Pandora Summer 2026 program.
1. Finance Intern
Key Responsibilities:
- Update budget workbooks and planning templates
- Support forecast and budget development
- Refresh monthly financial reporting packages
- Contribute to month-end close activities
- Assist with financial performance presentations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance (in progress)
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PPT, and financial tools preferred
2. Retail Sales & Operations Intern
Key Responsibilities:
- Document and improve retail processes
- Conduct workflow assessments and time & motion studies
- Support process pilots in select stores
- Build process maps and SOPs
- Analyze operational data using Excel/PowerBI
- Support training development
Qualifications:
- Pursuing Business Administration or Industrial Engineering
- Interest in retail operations and process improvement
3. eCommerce Omnichannel Intern
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead BOPIS/BORIS and omnichannel optimization projects
- Track omnichannel KPIs
- Support new store openings
- Conduct in-depth operational analyses
- Complete a capstone project on omnichannel improvements
Qualifications:
- Pursuing studies in Fashion, Analytics, or Business Management
4. eCommerce Marketplace Intern
Key Responsibilities:
- Support cross-functional eCommerce projects
- Assist with item setup, image uploads, and marketing tasks
- Analyze weekly digital performance reports
- Conduct inventory and marketing optimization assessments
- Complete a capstone project on assortment strategy
Qualifications:
- Studies in Fashion, Business, or Analytics
5. Human Resources – People Experience Intern
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee HRIS data (SAP SuccessFactors)
- Support onboarding and lifecycle updates
- Manage HR ticketing via Zendesk
- Ensure I-9 compliance
- Assist with employee support and issue resolution
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a technology-related degree (Computer Science, etc.)
6. Operational Excellence Logistics Intern
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn AME operations processes
- Identify automation opportunities
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative assessments
- Streamline and document operations workflows
- Collaborate with Operations leadership
Qualifications:
- Studies in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Analysis
- Excel proficiency (advanced preferred)
7. Trade & Customs Logistics Intern
Key Responsibilities:
- Update SOPs and create process maps
- Analyze import guidance and tariff documentation
- Support compliance audits and process improvements
- Produce visual documentation for training
Qualifications:
- Studies in International Business, Supply Chain, Economics, or Engineering
8. Merchandising Intern
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with weekly sales reporting
- Handle sample management
- Support item setup and competitor analysis
- Learn merchandising processes
Qualifications:
- Studying Merchandising or Business
- Proficiency in Office Suite & Asana
9. Trade Marketing Intern
Key Responsibilities:
- Support retail marketing initiatives
- Coordinate regional campaigns and store-level activations
- Analyze campaign performance
- Assist in planning experiential retail events and pop-ups
- Collaborate across retail and marketing teams
Qualifications:
- Pursuing Marketing or Communications
10. Earned Marketing Intern (PR & Influencer)
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce daily industry digests
- Manage press sample logistics and deliveries
- Support PR salon operations
- Assist with VIP, influencer, and editorial product requests
- Track and organize campaign materials
Qualifications:
- Studies in Fashion, Marketing, PR
11. Visual Merchandising Intern
Key Responsibilities:
- Support in-store program implementation
- Manage asset ordering
- Maintain store lists and test layout plans
- Install programs in local stores
Qualifications:
- Studies in Visual/Fashion Merchandising or Marketing
