1- Internship Vacancy: Human Resources
We are seeking a motivated intern to join our Human Resources department. This role offers practical experience in HR management within an international humanitarian organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain personnel records in compliance with GDPR requirements.
- Manage leave registration using Exact Online.
- Support the HR Advisor with contract administration.
- Contribute to ongoing projects such as Process Mapping and other ad hoc HR initiatives.
- Act as a backup for the Business Support Officer.
Requirements:
- Must be enrolled in a university programme for the entire duration of the placement.
- Background in Business/Public Administration and/or Human Resources.
- Availability for 32 hours per week.
- Minimum duration of three months.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage administration of funding agreements.
- Communicate directly with donors regarding grant approvals.

- Ensure timely and accurate project administration in the financial system.
- Support project monitoring and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support drafting of diagnostic study and climate resilience framework report.
- Coordinate with VNRC and external stakeholders.

- Preference for consultants based in Hanoi, Vietnam.
