The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology (MEXT) of Japan is pleased to announce the 2026-27 Research Student Scholarship for international students. The Embassy Recommendation route of the MEXT Scholarship provides selected candidates with a fully funded opportunity to pursue graduate-level research (Master’s/PhD) in Japan, starting in April or September/October 2027.
