About the Fellowship
Spencer Campbell Talent Agency (SCTA) is hiring a Remote Research Fellow to support its mission of helping talented people around the world find and do work that truly matters. This entry-level, paid fellowship is designed for young people in Sub-Saharan Africa who are eager to build research, career-matching, and professional development skills while working directly with real clients.
The Fellow will support 3–4 agency clients by sourcing relevant job opportunities, researching events and networks, and sharing resources that help clients move closer to their ideal roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and share relevant job opportunities for SCTA clients
- Understand client backgrounds, goals, and job preferences
- Research people, events, and career resources using LinkedIn and other platforms
- Conduct independent research aligned with SCTA’s mission and client needs
Eligibility & Non-Negotiable Requirements
Please apply only if you meet all the criteria below:
- Availability of 32 hours per week, including:
- Every Wednesday, 13:00–15:00 CET
- At least twice weekly between 10:00–12:00 CET
- Typing speed of 50+ words per minute (tested during selection)
- Access to a reliable computer, stable internet, and a quiet remote workspace
- Legal eligibility to work as an independent contractor from your country of residence
- Active LinkedIn user with at least 200 connections
