Eligibility Criteria

To apply, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Residency: Must be a resident of an African country at the time of application

• Age: Must be under 35 years old

• Program Participation: Must have participated in a Mastercard Foundation program

• Work Authorization: Must possess a valid work permit for their country of residence (if different from citizenship)

• Education: Must hold a Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND)
