Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP 2.0): Connecting Nigeria’s Talent with Meaningful Careers
The Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP) is a Federal Government initiative that empowers young Nigerian graduates with the skills, exposure, and work experience needed to launch successful careers. Through 12-month fully paid work placements, the programme connects graduates with Host Organisations across the public and private sectors nationwide.
Funded by the European Union (EU) and implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), NJFP is a strategic response to graduate unemployment and workforce readiness gaps, helping to build a more competitive, future-ready labour force in Nigeria.
Why the NJFP Matters
NJFP is designed to solve barriers faced by both job-seeking graduates and talent-seeking employers by:
-
Aligning graduate skills with labour market needs
-
Providing structured work experience and mentorship

Strengthening national employability systems
