What They’re Looking For
The contest welcomes scripted short films of any genre—from compelling dramas and sci-fi thrillers to experimental narratives that defy description. Proof-of-concept shorts intended for expansion into features or series are highly encouraged, and creators are welcome to submit supplemental materials such as pitches or treatments.

The contest is open to filmmakers worldwide, aged 18 or older. There are no restrictions based on past screenings or distribution status—previously shown or “shelved” shorts are more than welcome. Team entries (co-writers or co-directors) are allowed, and creators retain full rights to their work.
