About the Graduate Trainee Program
The Stanbic Bank Graduate Trainee Program is a 24-month career acceleration initiative designed to attract and nurture Ghana’s next generation of banking leaders. Participants will engage in structured job rotations across key business units, gaining firsthand experience, mentorship, and strategic insight into the banking sector.
This immersive experience equips participants with cross-functional knowledge and operational excellence, preparing them for future leadership roles within the Bank.

Who Can Apply
To be considered, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Ghanaian citizen aged between 23–25 years

Completed National Service

Minimum Second-Class Upper Honours (GPA of 3.0 or higher) in any discipline from an accredited university
