This 16-week fully-funded fellowship, powered by Google and Watson Institute, supports individuals creating positive change in Google Data Center Communities across the United States, Finland, and the United Kingdom. Through mentorship, technical training, financial resources, and a global network, this program is designed to scale local impact in a globally connected way.
Program Overview

Fellowship Dates: September 1 – December 18, 2025

Virtual Immersive Kickoff: September 1–12, 2025

Virtual Summit: January 15, 2026

Weekly Commitment: 8–10 hours

Workshops: Tues–Thurs, 8:30 AM–10:30 AM MT (GMT-6)
Fellows will:

Join virtual skill-building workshops and pitch development sessions

Host a Basecamp, a 1–3 day workshop in their own community

Receive personalized mentorship from experts and Entrepreneurs in Residence

Connect with a global community of changemakers

Gain visibility at high-impact events and through pitch showcases
Who Should Apply?
This fellowship is for leaders who:

Are 18+ and actively working in Google Data Center Communities

Have for-profit or nonprofit ventures with traction and potential to scale
-
Are leveraging AI or tech to improve their communities
-
Have 2–5 years of operational experience, funding up to $200K, and a team of 10 or fewer
Eligible U.S. Communities include:
