Eligibility Criteria

- Skills: Strong expertise in qualitative research methods, including in-depth interviews, focus groups, journey mapping, card sorting, and usability studies.

- Portfolio: A portfolio of research projects or case studies is required.
- Preferred Skills: Quantitative expertise in survey design, statistical analysis, or data science is a plus.

- Schedule: Hybrid work model (currently 3 days in-office, transitioning to 5 days in-office soon).
