Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial analysis, including due diligence, financial modeling, and sensitivity testing.
  • Analyze financial statements and market research to identify investment opportunities.
  • Prepare sector mapping to target potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of country and sector strategies and client presentations.
  • Engage with clients and internal teams to ensure high-quality investment proposals.
  • Prepare investment approval documentation in accordance with IFC’s guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least two years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, project finance, financial consulting, or related fields.
  • Strong financial statement analysis and modeling skills.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A strong commitment to development and IFC’s mission.
  • Language proficiency requirements vary by region, with preferences for French, Portuguese, Spanish, or Arabic in specific locations.
