The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) is a leading multilateral development bank dedicated to financing sustainable infrastructure in Asia and beyond. About the AIIB Graduate Program

The AIIB Graduate Program is a structured, two-year rotational program that provides participants with hands-on experience across various departments within the Bank. The program is tailored to develop a team of talented individuals who are passionate about international development, sustainable infrastructure investment, and creating a positive impact in Asia.

Participants in the program will have the opportunity to:

• Gain exposure to AIIB’s core operations and projects.
• Work alongside industry experts and clients in Asia’s public and private sectors.
• Develop professional skills and expertise through rotations in different departments.
• Receive training, mentoring, and career guidance to support their professional growth.

The program is divided into six specialized streams, each focusing on a critical area of AIIB’s operations:

1. Investment Stream

Analysts in this stream will rotate within AIIB’s investment operations, gaining experience in identifying, preparing, and monitoring investment projects for both public and private sector clients.

2. Finance Stream

Participants will work closely with the Treasury and Controller’s offices, deepening their understanding of treasury and finance processes, accounting, and related technologies.

3. Risk Management Stream

This stream offers analysts the opportunity to rotate within the Risk Management Department and client departments, gaining in-depth experience in monitoring and analyzing risks that impact AIIB’s operations.

4. Strategy Stream

Analysts will gain hands-on experience in developing and implementing AIIB’s corporate and sector strategies, contributing to the Bank’s long-term vision.

5. Corporate Stream

Participants will rotate within the Corporate Secretariat and Communications Department, developing skills in stakeholder management, protocol, and development communications.

6. Environmental and Social Stream

This stream focuses on applying environmental, social, and climate provisions at the operational level. Analysts will participate in private and sovereign finance operations, project implementation, and reporting, while conducting research and analytical work under the guidance of senior specialists.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the AIIB Graduate Program, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Hold a Master’s degree with one to two years of relevant work experience OR a Bachelor’s degree with two to three years of relevant work experience.
• Be fluent in oral and written English.
• Meet the specific criteria for the positions within each department.
