Key Responsibilities
As a Research Intern, you will:
- Collaborate with MSR NYC’s ML group on cutting-edge research topics in ML, AI, and RL.
- Develop and execute an independent research program.

Required Qualifications
- Enrollment in a PhD program in a relevant field.
- Ability to work onsite at Microsoft’s designated location for the internship duration.

- Strong track record of publishing research in top-tier venues.
- Ability to develop original research agendas and think creatively to solve complex problems.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base Pay Range: $6,550 to $12,880 per month, with higher rates for specific locations (e.g., San Francisco Bay Area, NYC).
- Additional benefits may be available for eligible roles.
