About the Europe Analyst Role:
As a Europe Analyst, you will be at the core of Dalberg’s consulting team, conducting deep research and analysis on various global challenges. Analysts are crucial in shaping strategic insights and presenting data-driven solutions to clients across sectors like healthcare, economic development, and education. Your work will contribute directly to Dalberg’s goal of creating systemic change and promoting inclusive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative research to support high-impact projects.
  • Collaborate with a global team of consultants to tackle complex problems across sectors.
  • Present research findings and actionable insights in a structured manner.
  • Work closely with clients from public, private, and nonprofit sectors to implement solutions.
  • Participate in international projects, with opportunities to travel and work in emerging markets.
  • Support the development of strategies for governments, NGOs, and corporations, covering topics such as malnutrition, climate change, and industrial growth.

Recent Analyst Projects Include:

  • Developing a macroeconomic plan for the Ethiopian government to accelerate industrial growth.
  • Designing a foundation’s strategy to control sleeping sickness in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
  • Launching an impact investment fund for agriculture in Nigeria.
  • Advising the City of Cartagena, Colombia, on an employment strategy to adapt to rapid economic changes.
  • Helping a U.S. nonprofit integrate a racial justice lens into its programming.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree (earned by 2025 or 2024 followed by a second degree or fellowship).
  • Excellent academic record and strong analytical abilities (both quantitative and qualitative).
  • Ability to present information clearly, both in written and verbal forms.
  • Experience or interest in international development, social impact, or working with global organizations.
  • Fluency in additional languages, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and experience in financial analysis or other relevant skills are desirable.

Applications will be considered on a rolling basis. Candidates selected for interviews will participate in multiple rounds, including consulting case studies and discussions about interests and experience. The role starts between September 2025 and July 2026, with visa sponsorship available for London-based applicants. Work authorization is required for Geneva applicants.
