The Francis and Dionne Najafi 100 Million Learners Global Initiative is revolutionizing education by providing free, world-class management courses to individuals across the globe. Spearheaded by Arizona State University’s Thunderbird School of Global Management, this groundbreaking project aims to educate 100 million people by 2030, focusing especially on underserved communities.
Since its launch in January 2022, the initiative offers online courses in 40 languages, with 70% of its learners expected to be women and young women, helping to close gender gaps in education. The program offers three learning levels—Foundational, Intermediate, and Advanced—to accommodate diverse educational backgrounds, ensuring everyone has access to top-tier management education at no cost.
This initiative supports Thunderbird’s mission to empower leaders who harness technology and innovation to drive equitable and sustainable prosperity. Participants gain digital credentials upon completing courses, and those who finish the Advanced Program can earn a Thunderbird Executive Education Certificate.
Join this transformative movement and help build a brighter future for learners worldwide!
