Calling All Youth Advocates: Share Your Voice to End Violence Against Children

Spread the love

Are you a young advocate between the ages of 12 and 29? Now is your chance to make a difference! We’re gathering insights from youth around the world to shape the first-ever Global Youth Manifesto on Ending Violence Against Children, which will be presented at the Global Ministerial Conference in Bogotá, Colombia, this November 2024.

Your input is vital in this global effort, and we invite you to take 10-15 minutes to participate in our survey. Together, we can create a future where every child is protected from violence.

Why Your Voice Matters

Violence affects 1 in 2 children worldwide. But with the power of youth voices, we can bring about lasting change. The Global Youth Manifesto will capture your perspectives and experiences, presenting a united call for action to world leaders. This manifesto is just the beginning — it will also lay the groundwork for the first-ever Global Youth-Led Movement on Ending Violence Against Children.

How to Participate

The survey is divided into six key sections:

  1. Perspectives on Childhood Violence
  2. Experiences with Childhood Violence
  3. Youth Advocacy Work
  4. Challenges Faced by Youth Advocates
  5. Change-Making: Ending Childhood Violence
  6. The Future of the Global Youth-Led Movement

Each section is brief, and the entire survey takes just 10-15 minutes to complete. You can access the survey in 10 different languages, including English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, and more.

Deadline: Submit your responses by October 5, 2024.
