Christel House Global Pathbuilders Fellowship: Opportunity to Lead New Schools

Christel House, which has provided free, high-quality education to over 20,000 students across nine schools globally, is expanding to new countries. They are offering a two-year Global Pathbuilders Fellowship to equip visionary leaders with the skills and support needed to establish and run Christel House schools in Ghana, Kenya, Colombia, Peru, Nepal, and Bangladesh.

Fellows will receive competitive pay, mentorship, and resources to build and lead schools. After completing the program, Fellows will transition to CEO roles within their respective countries.

Ideal candidates should have at least 10 years of professional experience, 5 in leadership roles, and a proven ability to fundraise.
