The program aims to produce industry leaders with a strong sense of patriotism, creativity, and knowledge in their fields of endeavor.

• Are you a young leader looking to enhance your skills and mindset?
• Open to Ghanaian individuals aged 18-40

Benefits

1. Intentional Mentorship: Winners will be paired with reputable leaders for mentorship and guidance. Quarterly check-in meetings required.
2. Experimental Job Shadowing: Participants will have the opportunity to shadow professionals in their field of interest.
3. Courses and Seminars: The foundation will fund relevant leadership courses and seminars up to $20,000 per year.
4. Networking/Collaboration Opportunities: Access to networking events for professional development and growth.
5. Introductory Boot Camp: Two weeks of Military Training for business endurance and discipline.
