This programme is meticulously designed to support last mile distributors (LMDs) in overcoming their unique challenges, drawing on GDC’s extensive six-year experience in capacity building for LMDs.

The “Upskilling the Last Mile” programme is crafted for senior managers and operational or “middle” managers within last mile distribution companies. It offers distinct training packages tailored to these management levels, with additional modules designed to help cascade the learning down to sales agents.
