Since 1997, the Wilson Center’s China Environment Forum (CEF) has been the go-to resource for convening policy, business, research, and NGO practitioners globally to tackle energy, water, and pollution problems in China. CEF plays a unique, nonpartisan role in fostering multi-stakeholder dialogues on China’s environmental challenges and identifying new collaboration areas.

Internship Opportunities

The China Environment Forum offers internships to students studying or experienced in environmental and energy challenges in China and related trans-boundary issues. Current projects include US-China climate leadership to reduce GHG emissions in agriculture and plastics, and climate threats to vulnerable deltas in China and Southeast Asia. Interns will gain professional research, writing, and communication skills, preparing them for careers in environmental, energy, and climate policy.
