Our Expectations
We are a volunteer-led organization that thrives on the passion and commitment of our team members. We expect all team members to:
- Commit: Stay engaged throughout the mandate period from September 2024 to July 2025 (with allowances for extenuating circumstances).
- Communicate: Maintain open and effective communication.
- Care: Show dedication to advancing young migrant rights and supporting team members.
Successful completion of your mandate will earn you a Certificate of Completion, access to the Alumni Network, and future professional recommendations.
