Call for “WeWorld Tanzania Small Grant 2024”

WeWorld in Tanzania is excited to announce the launch of our Small Grant application for 2024! This initiative focuses on four key thematic areas: education and child protection, climate change, WASH and urban regeneration, and human rights. The Small Grant is aimed at supporting innovative projects and initiatives by national nonprofit organizations that positively impact our communities.

Project Duration: 2024

Call Opening: June 7, 2024

Call Closing: June 22, 2024

Application Deadline: June 22, 2024

Only shortlisted institutions will be contacted.

Eligibility

National nonprofit organizations

Key Objectives

Projects must focus on one or more of WeWorld’s thematic areas. Priority will be given to projects in the following intervention regions:

• Njombe (Ludewa)
• Zanzibar (Unguja and Pemba)
• Dar es Salaam (Kinondoni and Temeke)
• Mtwara
• Tanga

Grant Amount

The budget for project initiatives should not exceed 5,000,000 TZS.
