About the Evidence into Action Program

The Evidence into Action program is dedicated to developing focused funding and learning initiatives that directly influence practitioners, employers, funders, and commissioners. Our goal is to support stakeholders in understanding and enacting evidence-informed changes in their practices to improve youth employment outcomes.

Program Objectives

  • Support stakeholders to adopt evidence-based solutions
  • Create co-funding opportunities

  • Target Group: Ethnic minoritised communities in the UK, aged 16-24, most at risk of becoming NEET (not in education, employment, or training)
  • Geographical Focus: Specific local authorities in London, the Midlands, Yorkshire, and the North West, identified using the Youth Futures data dashboard and additional research
  • Funding Approach: Core costs and delivery funding, up to £75k per year for up to three years
