Eligibility Criteria:

  • 5 to 10 years of professional leadership experience in policy, advocacy, or influence
  • Residency or citizenship in the Indo-Pacific region, or relevant experience focusing on this region
  • Proficiency in English and willingness to engage fully in the program

  • Ability to work respectfully with diverse populations
  • Openness to learning and trying new approaches
