What is the JPA Program?
As a JPA, you will utilize your strong analytical skills, research expertise, and technical knowledge to address some of the world’s most pressing development challenges. Working alongside talented professionals and project teams, you will support program activities across operational and corporate functions. The JPA program offers an excellent opportunity to hone your skills, expand your knowledge, and contribute to forward-looking solutions.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the JPA program, you must:
- Be 32 years of age or younger
- Hold a bachelor’s degree
- Be fluent in English
The JPA program is highly competitive. Candidates who are actively considered for positions may be required to present academic transcripts and professional references. Our Human Resources team will carefully evaluate applications and reach out to individuals selected for the interview process. Note: A JPA assignment does not guarantee continued employment at the World Bank Group. After completing the three-year JPA contract, candidates may apply for competitive term employment assignments with no cooling-off period.
